Jordanian spy sentenced to 10 years in prison, Mossad officer to life in absentia
The Supreme State
Security Emergency Court on Wednesday sentenced the Jordanian spy Bashar
to 10 years in prison and his accomplice, the Mossad officer, to life
in absentia. They have been
convicted of spying for Israel and informing the Jewish state of the
locations of army and police troops via tapping international calls. Bashar’s reaction to the verdict was very quiet and his lawyer said the court was merciful
